fa تعیین ارزش غذایی دو گونه‌ Tanacetum chiliophyllum و Potentilla reptans در مراتع شغال‌دره نمین، استان اردبیل Nutritional value determination of two species Tanacetum chiliophyllum and Potentilla reptans in Shoghal-dareh Rangelands of Namin, Ardabil Province تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research سابقه و هدف: نقش مراتع در تولید فرآوردههای دامی از لحاظ تولید خوراک دام دارای اهمیت است که دو سوم از کل هزینه تولید در واحدهای مختلف پرورش دام، به هزینه خوراک اختصاص دارد. مرتعداران عملکرد دام را برآیند نهایی کیفیت علوفه مرتع می‌دانند. کیفیت علوفه به‌عنوان توانایی تولید مرتعی در فراهم نمودن سطح مطلوب عملکرد دام (تولید گوشت، شیر و پشم) تعریف شده و ارزش غذایی علوفه بیانگر مقدار انرژی و مواد مغذی است که در دسترس دام قرار میگیرد. هدف این پژوهش تعیین عناصر معدنی و ارزش غذایی گونههای Tanacetum chiliophyllum Sch.Bip. و Potentilla reptans L. (گونههای غالب منطقه) طی سه مرحله فنولوژیکی (رویشی، گل‌دهی و بذردهی) و در دو جهت جغرافیایی شمالی و جنوبی مراتع شغال‌دره شهرستان نمین استان اردبیل بوده است. مواد و روش‌ها: تعداد دو سایت در منطقه شغالدره از توابع شهرستان نمین واقع در استان اردبیل برای نمونه‌برداری انتخاب شد. این منطقه در مجاورت و تحت تأثیر آب و هوا و اقلیم دریای خزر و دیواره کوهستان البرز غربی و نفوذ هوای مرطوب به این منطقه قرار دارد. نمونه‌برداری از 50 پایه به‌روش تصادفی انجام شد. پس از خشک و آماده‌سازی نمونهها برای انجام مراحل آزمایشگاهی، مواد معدنی ماکرو (نیترات، کلسیم، فسفر، ازت، سدیم و پتاسیم)، مواد معدنی میکرو (آهن، مس، روی و منگنز) و ویژگیهای شیمیایی دیواره سلولی بدون همی‌سلولز<a href="#_ftn1" name="_ftnref1" title="">[1]</a> و الیاف نامحلول در شوینده خنثی<a href="#_ftn2" name="_ftnref2" title="">[2]</a>، ماده خشک، چربی خام، خاکستر خام و پروتئین خام) با استفاده از روشهای آزمایشگاهی استاندارد در مراحل رویشی مختلف گونه‌ها اندازهگیری شد. نتایج: نتایج با استفاده از مقایسه میانگین بررسی شد و نشان داد که اختلاف بین دو گونه T. chiliophyllum و P. reptans در پتاسیم، کلسیم، نیترات، فسفر، روی، مس و منگنز (01/0>p) و در آهن و خاکستر خام (05/0>p) معنی‌دار بوده است. مرحله رویشی باعث ایجاد اختلاف معنی‌دار در آهن، روی، منگنز و درصد چربی شد (01/0>p). جهت جغرافیایی نیز با اختلاف ‌معنیدار (05/0>p) در مقدار پروتئین خام، ماده خشک، NDF، آهن، کلسیم و نیترات شد. طبق نتایج به‌دست آمده میزان عناصر ماکرو، میکرو و میزان پروتئین خام گونههای مورد بررسی در مراحل مختلف رشد کم‌تر از حد بحرانی و میزان ماده خشک بیش‌تر از حد بحرانی بود. این نتایج نشاندهنده اهمیت نقش ویژگیهای ذاتی، مرحله رشد و شرایط محیطی در تعیین ویژگیهای کیفیت علوفه هستند. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج تحقیق بیانگر اهمیت عملکرد گیاهان در اکوسیستمها، تحت تأثیر عوامل مختلفی نظیر نوع گونه، جهت جغرافیایی و مرحله رشد است. هر یک از این عوامل میتوانند تأثیر به‌سزایی بر کمیت و کیفیت گیاهان مرتعی داشته باشند؛ بنابراین شناخت عوامل محیطی و میزان اثر آن‌ها بـر پوشـش گیاهی برای احیاء اکوسیستم‌های مرتعی حائز اهمیت است. نتایج مقایسه کیفیت علوفه دو گونه نشان داد که گونه P.reptans  از ارزش علوفه‌ای بالاتری نسبت به T.chiliophyllum برخوردار است. پیشنهاد می‌شود با اجرای سیستم‌های چرایی و به‌عبارت‌دیگر برنامه‌ریزی خوراک‌دهی دام در مرتع، به گونه‌ای عمل شود تا ضمن حفظ وضعیت مرتع، عملکرد دام نیز در سطح مطلوبی نگه داشته شود و از کاهش وزن جثه دام‌ها جلوگیری گردد. <div>  <hr align="left" size="1" width="33%" > <div id="ftn1"><a href="#_ftnref1" name="_ftn1" title="">[1]</a> -Acid Detergent Fiber</div> <div id="ftn2"><a href="#_ftnref2" name="_ftn2" title="">[2]</a> - Neutral Detergent Fiber</div> </div> Background and objectives: The role of rangelands in the production of livestock products is important in terms of animal feed production. The value is two-thirds of the total cost of production in different livestock farming units. Rangeland managers consider livestock performance to be the ultimate result of the quality of the rangelands forage. Forage quality is defined as the ability to produce optimal level of livestock yields (meat, milk and wool production). The nutritional value of forage indicates the amount of energy and nutrients available to the animal. The purpose of this study was to determine the minerals and nutritional value of Tanacetum chiliophyllum Sch.Bip. and Potentilla reptans L. (dominant species of region) during three phenological stages (vegetative, flowering, seeding) and in two geographical directions of rangelands in Shoghal Darreh rangelands, Namin County of Ardabil province. Methodology: Two sites in the Shoghal-dareh area of Namin county in Ardebil province were selected for sampling. The area is in the vicinity of Caspian Sea. Humadity of the area links to the Sea, the West Alborz Mountain. Samples were randomly collected from 50 species. Dried specimens were taken into laboratory for the following, detemination of macro minerals (nitrate, calcium, phosphorus, nitrogen, sodium and potassium), micro minerals (iron, copper, zinc and manganese) and chemical properties (ADF, NDF, dry matter, crude fat, crude ash, and crude protein) using standard laboratory methods at different vegetative stages. Results: The results were compared using compare mean for statistical analysis and showed that the differences between T. chiliophyllum and P. reptans in potassium, calcium, nitrate, phosphorus, zinc, copper and manganese were significant (P<0.01) and in iron and ash they were significant (P<0.05). Phenological stages made a significant difference (P<0.01) in iron, zinc, manganese and fat. Aspect made a significant difference (P<0.05) in crude protein, dry matter, NDF, iron, calcium and nitrate. According to the results, the amount of macro elements, micro and crude protein levels in different stages of growth were lower than critical and the amount of dry matter was higher than the critical. These results indicate the importance of the role of intrinsic characteristics, growth stage and environmental conditions in determining forage quality characteristics. Conclusion: The results of this study confirm that plant performance in ecosystems is affected by various factors such as species, aspect and growth stage. Each of these factors can have a significant impact on the quantity and quality of grassland plants. Therefore, studies on the impact of different environmental factors and growth stages needed to enable actuality-based management planning to exploit rangelands properly. The results of comparison of forage quality of two species showed that P. reptans had higher forage value than T. chiliophyllum.
