fa ارزیابی تغییرات کاربری اراضی در حوزه آبخیز طالقان میانی در یک دوره سی ساله Analysis of land use changes in the middle Taleghan watershed during a thirty year period عمومى General پژوهشي Research سابقه و هدف: در کشور ایران مشابه دیگر کشورها محرک‌های اجتماعی و اقتصادی بسته به شرایط مناطق سبب تغییر کاربری شده است. یکی از مناطقی که به‌دلیل نزدیکی به مراکز جمعیتی از جمله تهران و کرج و همچنین احداث سد طالقان در سال 1380 و شروع آبگیری آن در سال 1384 و تبدیل‌شدن به یکی از مراکز گردشگری، دستخوش تغییرات زیادی شده است، حوزه آبخیز طالقان می‌باشد. پژوهش‌های متعددی در زمینه ارزیابی تغییرات کاربری در این حوزه انجام شده که بررسی آنها نشان می‌دهد که در تمام این پژوهش‌ها تغییرات کاربری تا زمان آبگیری سد یا حداکثر تا سال 1386 بررسی شده است و در دهه اخیر برای بررسی تغییرات کاربری اراضی در این حوزه و تحلیل آن پژوهشی صورت نگرفته است. از این‌رو، در پژوهش حاضر تغییرات کاربری در حوزه آبخیز طالقان در یک دوره سی ساله (1366-1396) مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار گرفته است. مواد و روش‌ها:‌ ابتدا نقشۀ کاربری اراضی حوزۀ آبخیز طالقان میانی در دورۀ سی سالۀ اخیر در چهار سال 1366، 1377، 1387 و 1396 تهیه شد. برای تهیۀ نقشه کاربری اراضی از تصاویر ماهواره‌ای لندست استفاده شد. در این تحقیق از روش طبقه‌بندی هیبرید (ترکیب دو روش طبقه‌بندی نظارت شده و طبقه‌بندی نظارت نشده استفاده شد و دقت طبقه‌بندی تصاویر مذکور به کمک دو شاخص کاپا و صحت کلی سنجیده شد و نتایج قابل قبولی بر حسب درصد به‌دست آمد. برای محاسبۀ میزان تغییرات کاربری سرزمین طی دورۀ سی ساله از شاخص t استفاده شد. نتایج: بررسی تغییرات کاربری نشان می‌دهد که سطح کاربری دیم‌زار رها شده (با سطح 08/12 درصد) پس از کاربری مرتع (با سطح 06/71 درصد) بیشترین وسعت را دارد. مساحت کاربری ساختمان‌سازی و نیز کاربری باغ نسبت به سال‌های قبل به‌ترتیب افزایش و کاهش یافته است محاسبۀ این شاخص t نشان داد که طی دوره سی ساله، بیشترین تغییر در افزایش سطح کاربری دیم‌زار رها شده بوده است. نتیجه‌گیری:  به‌منظور بررسی دقیق‌تر، تغییرات الگوی مکانی کاربری‌ها نیز با بهره‌گیری از شاخص  LQبرآورد شد. بدین منظور، در سال‌های 1366، 1377، 1387 و 1396 در هر زیرحوزه برای کاربری‌هایی که بیشترین تغییر را داشته‌اند، به‌طور جداگانه محاسبه شد. نتایج شاخص  LQنشان داد که در بازه زمانی1366-1396 سطح مراتع تقریباً ثابت بوده است. همچنین، سطح اراضی کشاورزی آبی و دیم به‌دلیل مهاجرت و بازگشت مجدد مردم به منطقه در این فاصله دارای نوسان بوده است. در این بازه زمانی، سطح اراضی مسکونی نیز افزایش قابل توجهی داشته که دلیل اصلی آن ویلاسازی و ساخت تفرجگاه توسط افراد بومی و غیربومی در حوالی دریاچه سد می‌باشد. بررسی تغییرات الگوی مکانی کاربری‌های مختلف نیز نشان می‌دهد که بیشترین تغییرات در زیرحوزه‌های اطراف دریاچۀ سد و حواشی رودخانه اصلی رخ داده است. Background and objectives: In Iran, as in other countries, social and economic factors have led to land use changes depending on regional conditions. The Taleghan watershed, due to its proximity to population centers such as Tehran and Karaj, construction of the Taleghan Dam in 2001, and becoming a tourist center, has undergone significant changes. Many studies have been conducted to evaluate land use changes in this area, but these studies have investigated changes only until the time of dam water withdrawal in 2005 or until 2016 at most. Thus, this research investigates and analyzes land use changes in the Taleghan watershed over a period of thirty years (1987-2017). Methodology: The study focuses on land use changes in the middle Taleghan watershed. A land use map was prepared for the last thirty years (1987, 1998, 2008, and 2017) using Landsat satellite imagery. The hybrid classification method (a combination of supervised and unsupervised methods) was used, and accuracy was measured using Kappa and overall accuracy, yielding acceptable results in percentages. The T index was used to calculate land use changes. Results: The study shows that the abandoned dryland area (12.08%) is the largest after pasture land use (71.06%). The area of villa construction increased, while the garden area decreased over the thirty-year period. The T index calculation reveals that barelands experienced the most changes during the thirty-year period. Conclusion: Spatial patterns of land use changes were estimated using spatial statistics and the calculation of the share of changes in various land uses. Location quotients were used to analyze the data, and it was calculated for the land uses that experienced the most changes in each sub-watershed in 1987, 1998, 2008, and 2017. The results of the LQ show that the rangeland area was almost constant during the period of 1987-2017. The areas of irrigated and rainfed agriculture fluctuated due to emigration and immigration during this period. The area of residential land also increased significantly due to the construction of villas and promenades around the lake by indigenous and non-indigenous people. Investigating the variations of the spatial pattern of different land uses revealed that the most changes occurred in the sub-watershed around the dam lake and the main river.   تغییر کاربری, حوزه آبخیز طالقان, تصاویر ماهواره‌ای, دیم‌زار رها شده.
