fa تحلیل سرمایه اجتماعی شبکه بهره‌برداران در راستای مدیریت مشارکتی انطباقی مرتع تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">&nbsp;</font></p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="rtl" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt text-align: justify line-height: normal text-indent: 19.85pt"><span 12pt="" b="" font-size:="" lang="FA" mso-ascii-font-family:="" mso-fareast-font-family:="" mso-hansi-font-family:="" new="" style="font-family: " tahoma="" times="">یکی از مهم&shy;ترین نظریات جامعه&shy;شناختی در مدیریت مشارکتی انطباقی مفهوم سرمایه اجتماعی است. در این تحقیق میزان سرمایه اجتماعی در شبکه ذینفعان محلی در راستای عملیاتی نمودن مدیریت مشارکتی انطباقی در شبکه بهره&shy;برداران سامان عرفی گورمومنین در شهرستان دامغان در منطقه کلاته رودبار، مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. به این منظور با استفاده از پرسشنامه&shy;های تحلیل شبکه&shy;ای و مصاحبه مستقیم با تک تک بهره&shy;برداران مرتع، پیوندهای اعتماد و مشارکت مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در این تحقیق شاخص&shy;های سطح کلان شبکه از جمله تراکم، تمرکز، اندازه شبکه و فاصله ژئودزیک محاسبه شد. نتایج این تحقیق نشان&shy;دهنده میزان اعتماد، مشارکت، انسجام و سرمایه اجتماعی</span><span 12pt="" b="" dir="ltr" font-size:="" lang="FA" mso-bidi-font-family:="" mso-fareast-font-family:="" new="" style="font-family: " times=""> </span><span 12pt="" b="" font-size:="" lang="FA" mso-ascii-font-family:="" mso-fareast-font-family:="" mso-hansi-font-family:="" new="" style="font-family: " tahoma="" times="">در حد ضعیف است. در شبکه بهره&shy;برداران مرتع، سرعت گردش و تبادل اعتماد و مشارکت، در حد پایین برآورد شده است. هم&shy;چنین نتایج نشان می&shy;دهد کنشگران مرکزی و پیرامونی بر اساس شاخص مرکز- پیرامون تفکیک شده و میزان انسجام و هماهنگی در بین کنشگران مرکزی به&shy;مراتب بالاتر از پیرامونی&shy;ها می&shy;باشد. به&shy;جهت اعمال مدیریت مشارکتی منطبق با شرایط اجتماعی جامعه بهره&shy;برداران می&shy;بایست سرمایه اجتماعی بر اساس شاخص&shy;های مهم شبکه اجتماعی، ارتقاء و بهبود یابد.</span><span 12pt="" b="" dir="ltr" font-size:="" mso-bidi-font-family:="" mso-fareast-font-family:="" new="" style="font-family: " times=""><!--stripped--><!--stripped--></span></p> <p><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">&nbsp;</font></p> <p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt text-align: justify text-indent: 19.85pt"><font face="Times New Roman">&nbsp;<span b="" style="font-size: 11pt mso-bidi-font-family: ">Social capital is one of the important criteria in relation with social system. In this study, we used social capital for Adaptive Co-management. We applied social network analysis and indices in the whole network level of &ldquo;Goormomenin&rdquo; common rangeland, Kalateh Roudbar region in Damghan city. The level of social capital in co-management procedures was evaluated. The density, centrality, reciprocity, transitivity, geodesic distance, and core- periphery in actor&rsquo;s level were calculated based on trust and cooperation metrics. The results revealed that the degree of trust, collaboration, social cohesion, and social capital among rangeland stakeholders network was poor. The rate of trust and collaboration ambulation was measured as poor to average. According to the core-periphery index, central and peripheral actors and the group&rsquo;s solidarity were identified.
