fa بوم‌شناسی فردی سالیکورنیا (Salicornia europaea) در حاشیه رودخانه کال شور اسفراین Autecology of Salicornia europaea along the KaleShore river in Esfarayen تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">سابقه و هدف: در اثر تغییر اقلیم و بهره برداری غیر اصولی بخش عظیمی از اراضی و آب‌های کشور به سمت شور شدن پیش می‌روند. شناخت جنبه های بوم‌شناسی گونه‌های شورزی در بهره‌برداری از منابع آب و اراضی شور بسیار با اهمیت است. جنس سالیکورنیا (spp.  (Salicornia گیاهان علفی یکساله شورزی هستند و در مرداب‌های نمکی و سواحل دریا به ویژه در مصب رودخانه‌ها و آبراهه‌ها به صورت لکه‌ای رشد می کنند. سالیکورنیا دارای تنوع و پراکنش وسیعی در بسیاری از مناطق دنیا و مخصوصا ایران دارد. رودخانه کال‌شور در جنوب استان خراسان شمالی از جمله مناطقی است که در آن گیاه سالیکورنیا با الگوی پراکنش لکه‌ای رویش دارد و کمتر در منابع علمی به آن توجه شده است. این پژوهش در سال 1398با هدف بررسی بوم‌شناسی محیط طبیعی و وضعیت رشد سالیکورنیا در این منطقه انجام‌ شد. مواد و روش: منطقه مورد مطالعه در 35 کیلومتری شرق اسفراین در طول 5 کیلومتر از حاشیه رودخانه کال شور است که بر اساس طبقه‌بندی اقلیمی دومارتن جزء مناطق خشک با میانگین بارندگی 186میلی‌متر و میانگین کمینه و بیشینه دما به ترتیب 15/4، 17/6- و 42/3 درجه سلسیوس، میانگین رطوبت نسبی 46% و میانگین تبخیر2400میلی‌متر است. مولفه‌های اندازه‌گیری شده شامل، تعیین گونه‌های همراه، تغییرات شوری آب و خاک در طول فصل رشد، آنالیز فیزیکی و شیمیایی آب و خاک در مرحله گلدهی سالیکورنیا، ثبت مراحل فنولوژی سالیکورنیا، تعیین میزان جذب عناصر و کیفیت علوفه و انداره‌گیری تولید زی توده تر و خشک در پلات یک مترمربعی در زمان شروع گلدهی سالیکورنیا بود. نتایج: بر اساس آمار هواشناسی میزان بارش در حوزه کال شور در سال منتهی به زمان مطالعه 318میلی متر است که دو برابر میانگین دراز مدت می باشد و این شرایط در استقرار و رشد سالیکورنیا تاثیر مثبت داشته است. بر اساس آنالیز نمونه خاک، رویشگاه سالیکورنیا دارای بافت سیلتی لومی، pH برابر 7/7، میزان کلر، کلسیم، منیزیم و سدیم به ترتیب 1812، 54، 256، 1550 میلی‌اکی‌والان گرم بر لیتر، SAR برابر 124و میزان شوری(EC) 84 تا dS/m 175 است. میزان شوری(EC) آب کال شور از ابتدای جوانه زنی سالیکورنیا dS/m) 18) تا مرحله رسیدگی (dS/m 110) متغیر بوده و روند افزایشی دارد. جوانه زنی سالیکورنیا در منطقه در اواخر اسفند ماه، گلدهی اواخر مرداد تا شهریور، رسیدگی کامل در آبان، ریزش بذر تا آذر ماه ادامه داشته و طول دوره رشد آن 9-8 ماه است. گونه‌های همراه سالیکورنیا عمدتا بوته‌ هالکنموم (Halocnemum strobilaceum) و درختچه گز (Tamarix sp.) هستند. متوسط ماده خشک 2/8 و ماده تر 11/5کیلوگرم در مترمربع برآورد گردید. بر اساس آنالیز ماده خشک در زمان شروع گلدهی، میزان عناصر در نمونه گیاه به ‌طور متوسط ازت 1%، فسفر 0/15%، پتاس 0/7%، منیزیم 0/67%، کلسیم 0/42%، سدیم 10/64%، کلر 21/3% است و به لحاظ کیفیت علوفه نیز میزان چربی‌خام 1/55%، پروتئین 6/28% و خاکستر 60/5% است. نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس این مطالعه، کال شور اسفراین در شمال شرق کشور به عنوان یکی از مناطق رویش سالیکورنیا معرفی می گردد. نتایج نشان داد سالیکورنیا می تواند در شرایط شوری بسیار بالای آب و خاک مراحل فنولوژیکی را کامل نماید و زی‌توده مناسبی نیز داشته باشد. علوفه سالیکورنیا با توجه به میزان خاکستر بالا دارای محدودیت برای تغذیه دام است و بایستی در ترکیب با سایر منابع علوفه‌ای در جیره تغذیه دام قرار گیرد. از نظر حفاظتی و زیست محیطی در مناطقی که به لحاظ شوری زیاد برای سایر گونه‌ها امکان استقرار و رشد ندارد، نقش سالیکورنیا با ایجاد پوشش گیاهی مناسب و جذب عناصر، در پایداری و تعادل بخشی محیط رشد و ترسیب کربن بسیار با اهمیت است. </div>   <div style="text-align: justify;">Background: Because of climate change, a Large part of the country's lands and waters are becoming saline, so it is very important to know the ecological aspects of halophyte species in the exploitation of water resources and saline lands. Salicornia spp. are annual coastal herbaceous plants and grow in colonies in salt marshes and seashores, especially in the mouths of rivers and waterways. Salicornia has a wide variety and distribution in many parts of the world, especially in Iran. Kal Shore River in the south of North Khorasan province is one of the areas where Salicornia plant grows with a spotted distribution pattern, and it has received less attention in scientific sources. This research was conducted in 2018 with the aim of investigating the ecology of the natural environment and the growth status of Salicornia in this region. Materials and method: The studied area located about 35 km east of Esfrain, along 5 km from the edge of Kal Shore river, which according to Dumarten's climate classification is part of dry areas with an average rainfall of 186 mm and average, minimum and maximum temperatures of 15.4-17.6 and 42.3 degrees Celsius, the average relative humidity is 46% and the average evaporation and transpiration is 2400 mm. The measured components include determining associated species, water and soil salinity changes during the growing season, physical and chemical analysis of water and soil during the flowering stage of salicornia, recording the phenology stages of salicornia, determining the amount of absorption of elements and the quality of fodder, and measuring production. Wet and dry mass in one square meter plot was at the time of salicornia flowering. Result According to the meteorological statistics, the amount of precipitation in the area of Kal Shore in the year leading to the time of the study is 318 mm, which is twice the long-term average, and this condition has a positive effect on the establishment and growth of Salicornia. Based on the analysis, the soil sample of Salicornia habitat has silty loam texture, pH 7.7, chlorine, calcium, magnesium, and sodium levels are 1812, 54, 256, and 1550 meq/l, SAR 124, and salinity level, EC 84 to 175 dS/m. The salinity of Kal Shore water varies from the beginning of Salicornia germination (18 dS/m) to the ripening stage (110 dS/m) and has an increasing trend. The germination of Salicornia in the region is in late March, flowering is in late August to September, full ripening in November, seed shedding continues until December, and its growth period is about 8-9 months. Average dry matter was 2.8 and wet matter was 11.5 kg per square meter. The accompanying species of Salicornia are mainly bushes Halocnemum strobilaceum and Tamarix sp. Based on the dry matter analysis at the time of flowering, the average amount of elements in the plant sample is nitrogen 1%, phosphorus 0.15%, potassium 0.7%, magnesium 0.67%, calcium 0.42%, sodium 10.64%. , chlorine is 21.3% and in terms of fodder quality, crude fat is 1.55%, protein is 6.28%, and ash is 60.5%. Conclusion: Based on this study, Kal Shore Esfrain in the northeast of the country is introduced as one of the growing areas of Salicornia. The results showed that Salicornia can complete the phenological stages in very high water and soil salinity conditions and have a good biomass.
