fa اثر تغییر پوشش‌های گیاهی جنگلی به مرتع بر فعالیت‌های فلور و فون خاک بخش کوهستانی کینج نوشهر The effect of changing forest vegetation to rangeland on soil flora and fauna activities of the mountainous part of Kinj-Nowshahr تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research سابقه و هدف: فلور و فون خاک نقش بسزایی در چرخه عناصر غذایی و پایداری اکوسیستم دارند. به‌دلیل اهمیت این موجودات خاکزی و نقش آنها در اکوسیستمهای مختلف و همچنین با توجه به این که تنوع و تراکم این موجودات به عنوان شاخص مناسبی برای ارزیابی کیفیت رویشگاه کاربرد دارد مطالعه آنها از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است. بر همین اساس، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تغییرات فعالیت موجودات خاکزی در نتیجه تغییر پوششهای گیاهی از جنگل به مرتع در مناطق کوهستانی شمال کشور مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. مواد و روش‌ها: بدین منظور، در منطقه کینج نوشهر یک رویشگاه جنگلی با غالبیت گونه لور (Carpinus orientalis Miller.)، رویشگاهی با غالبیت ولیک (Crataegus microphylla C. Koch.) - زرشک (Berberis integerrima Bunge.)، رویشگاه مرتعی با پوشش غالب Stachys byzantina و رویشگاه مرتعی با پوشش غالب Rhamnus pallasii مورد توجه قرار گرفت. به منظور بررسی اثرات پوششهای گیاهی جنگلی و مرتعی بر مشخصههای مختلف خاک، پس از بررسی‌های اولیه و بازدید‌های میدانی، بخشهایی از اراضی فوقالذکر انتخاب شد که به صورت پیوسته با هم بوده و حداقل اختلاف ارتفاع از سطح دریا، حداقل تغییر درصد و جهت شیب در آنها مشاهده شد. از هر یک از این رویشگاهها تعداد 12 نمونه خاک به آزمایشگاه انتقال داده شد. بخشی از نمونههای خاک پس از هوا خشک شدن از الک 2 میلیمتری عبور داده شد (برای آزمایشهای فیزیکی و شیمیایی) و بخش دیگر نمونههای خاک بلافاصله پس از نمونهبرداری تا زمان انجام آزمایش (به منظور سنجش مشخصههای میکروبی) در داخل سردخانهای با دمای 4 درجه سانتیگراد نگهداری شدند. نتایج: بیشترین مقادیر زی‌توده درشتریشه به پوشش جنگلی Carpinus  و تیپ گیاهیBerberis  - Crataegus  اختصاص داشت، در حالی که پوشش جنگلیCarpinus  دارای بالاترین مقادیر زی‌توده ریزریشه بوده است. تعداد و زی‌توده اپیژئیکها و آنسئیکها تفاوت آماری معنیداری را در بین پوششهای گیاهی نشان ندادند. بیشترین جمعیت اندوژئیکها، جمعیت کل کرمهای خاکی، کنهها، پادمانها، نماتدها، پروتوزوئرها، باکتریها و قارچها در پوشش جنگلیCarpinus  مشاهده شد. پوشش جنگلی Carpinus  و تیپ گیاهی Berberis  - Crataegus دارای بیشترین مقادیر تنفس پایه، زی‌توده میکروبی کربن، زی‌توده میکروبی فسفر و آنزیم آریلسولفاتاز بودهاند. بیشترین مقادیر تنفس برانگیخته خاک در تیپ گیاهی Berberis  - Crataegus  و بیشترین مقادیر زی‌توده میکروبی نیتروژن، آنزیمهای اورهآز، اسیدفسفاتاز و اینورتاز در پوشش جنگلی Carpinus  مشاهده شد. در هر حال، تغییرات جمعیتهای فلور و فون در ارتباط با تغییرات سایر مشخصههای فیزیکی و شیمیایی خاک تحت پوششهای گیاهی مورد مطالعه میباشد. در همین راستا، پوشش جنگلی Carpinus و تیپ گیاهیBerberis  - Crataegus دارای بالاترین مقادیر رطوبت و پایداری خاکدانههای خاک بوده، در حالی که بالاترین مقادیر حرارت خاک به تیپهای گیاهی Rhamnus و Stachys اختصاص داشت. بیشترین مقدار جرم مخصوص ظاهری و کمترین مقدار تخلخل خاک در تیپ گیاهی Rhamnus مشاهده شد. بیشترین و کمترین مقادیر pH و هدایت الکتریکی خاک، به ترتیب، در پوشش جنگلیCarpinus  و تیپ گیاهی Berberis  - Crataegus مشاهده شد. بیشترین مقادیر نیتروژن خاک به پوشش جنگلیCarpinus  و تیپ گیاهی Berberis  - Crataegus تعلق داشته و بالاترین مقادیر C/N خاک به پوششهای گیاهی Stachys و Rhamnus اختصاص داشت. پوشش جنگلی Carpinus دارای بالاترین مقادیر فسفر قابل جذب، پتاسیم قابل جذب، منیزیم قابل جذب و نیتروژن آلی ذرهای بودهاند، در حالی که بالاترین مقادیر کلسیم قابل جذب و کربن آلی ذرهای به پوشش جنگلی Carpinus  و تیپ گیاهی Berberis  - Crataegus تعلق داشت. تحلیل مؤلفههای اصلی حاکی از آنست که پوشش جنگلی Carpinus  شرایط مساعدی را برای فعالیت انواع موجودات خاکزی، فون و فلور خاک فراهم میآورند. نتیجه‌گیری: در حالی که تخریب جنگل و تبدیل آن به پوششهای گیاهی مرتعی منجربه کاهش فعالیت فلور و فون، فعالیتهای میکروبی و آنزیمی خاک گردید. نتایج این پژوهش مؤید حفاظت از پوششهای جنگلی در اکوسیستمهای کوهستانی (که رویشگاه‌هایی حساس و شکننده محسوب میشوند) جهت افزایش شاخص‌های کیفیت خاک میباشد.   Background and objectives: Soil flora and fauna play a significant role in the cycle of nutrients and ecosystem stability. Due to the importance of these soil organisms and their role in different ecosystems, and also considering that the diversity and density of these organisms is used as a suitable index to evaluate the habitat quality, their study is of great importance. Based on this, the current research is focused on the changes in the activity of soil organisms as a result of the change of vegetation from forest to rangeland in the mountainous areas of the north of the country. Methodology: Forests habitats dominated by Carpinus orientalis, Crataegus microphylla- Berberis integerrima Bunge and rangelands dominated by Stachys byzantina and Rhamnus pallasii were chosen for the study. In order to investigate the effects of forest and rangeland on various soil characteristics, after preliminary investigations and field trip, parts of the above-mentioned lands were selected which are continuous and have a minimum height difference from the sea level. Minimum change in percentage and direction of slope were considered.  From each of these habitats, 12 soil samples were transferred to the laboratory. For physical and chemical tests, parts of the soil samples were dried in the air and screened by a 2 mm sieve. The other part of the samples immediately after the sampling, in order to measure microbial characteristics, were kept inside a cold room with a temperature of 4˚C. Results: The highest amounts of coarse root biomass were measured at Carpinus and Berberis-Crataegus plant type, while the highest fine root biomass values were found at Carpinus forest cover. The number and biomass of epigeic and anecic earthworms did not show statistically significant differences among vegetation types. The highest population of endogeic, the total population of earthworms, Acarina, Collembola, nematodes, protozoa, bacteria and fungi were observed in Carpinus forest cover. Carpinus forest cover and Berberis-Crataegus plant type have the highest amounts of basal respiration, carbon microbial biomass, phosphorus microbial biomass and aryl-sulfatase enzyme. The highest amounts of substrate induced respiration were observed in Berberis-Crataegus plant type and the highest amounts of nitrogen microbial biomass, urease, acid phosphatase and invertase enzymes were observed in Carpinus forest cover. In any case, the changes of flora and fauna populations are studied in connection with the changes of other physical and chemical characteristics of the soil under vegetation. In this regard, Carpinus forest cover and Berberis-Crataegus plant type had the highest moisture values and aggregate stability, while the highest soil temperature values belonged to Rhamnus and Stachys plant types. The highest amount of bulk density and the lowest amount of soil porosity were observed in Rhamnus plant type. The highest and lowest values of soil pH and electrical conductivity were observed, respectively, in Carpinus forest cover and Berberis-Crataegus plant type. The highest values of soil nitrogen belong to Carpinus forest cover and Berberis-Crataegus plant type, and the highest soil C/N values belong to Stachys and Rhamnus vegetation. Carpinus forest cover had the highest amounts of available phosphorus, available potassium, available magnesium and particulate organic nitrogen, while the highest amounts of available calcium and particulate organic carbon were found in Carpinus forest cover and Berberis plant type. The principal component analysis (PCA) showed that the Carpinus forest cover provides favorable conditions for the activity of all kinds of soil organisms, soil fauna and flora.    Conclusion: While the forest degradation and its transformation into rangeland led to a decrease in flora and fauna activity, microbial and enzymatic activities of the soil.
